6. Orders

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted for dispatch. Orders remain subject to product availability, payment verification, customer verification, and other applicable checks.

If an order that has already been paid for is cancelled by Shrishtvi, the applicable amount will be refunded in accordance with our refund process.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery orders require phone confirmation before dispatch.

After placing a COD order, a member of the Shrishtvi customer-care team will contact you on the phone number provided with the order to confirm the order and delivery details.

We will not dispatch a COD order before successful phone confirmation.

If we are unable to reach you, or if the order cannot be successfully confirmed, Shrishtvi may cancel the order and the order will not be dispatched.

Any applicable COD charges will be displayed during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing an active and accurate phone number for order confirmation and delivery communication.

8. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers made available on the Website.

By making a payment, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information where required.

Shrishtvi does not intentionally store complete payment-card information where such information is processed directly by third-party payment providers.

You must not provide your payment PIN, OTP, CVV, password, or other confidential authentication information to anyone claiming to represent Shrishtvi.

Delivery timelines provided on the Website or by our delivery partners are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances including:

Shrishtvi currently offers returns only and does not offer exchanges, subject to the eligibility requirements and conditions stated in our Returns & Refund Policy.

Mandatory Parcel Opening / Unboxing Video

Customers are required to record a clear and continuous video while opening their parcel for claims relating to:

Damaged products;
Defective products;
Incorrect products;
Missing products; or
Incomplete orders.

The video should begin with the parcel in its sealed/unopened condition, with the shipping label visible wherever reasonably possible, and should continue through the opening of the parcel and inspection of the contents.

A valid parcel-opening/unboxing video is mandatory for such claims.

Claims submitted without the required opening video may be rejected.

Customers should retain the original packaging, tags, and received products until the return or complaint has been fully resolved.
